This challenge includes 30 stickers to track your progress. Stay motivated by tracking your progress in your planner every day! Each sticker is about 0.60" W x 0.75" H.
• Equipment needed: Jump rope
• Perform each exercise for the given amount of time, or given amount of skips
• The amount of time/reps for each exercise increases gradually to help improve your endurance
• Your goal is to perform 1,000 jump rope skips in one workout on the final day
• Stay consistent and follow this plan, you can do it!
