Complete the 30-Day Endurance Challenge!
This challenge includes 30 stickers to track your progress. Stay motivated by tracking your progress in your planner every day! Each sticker is about 0.60" W x 0.75" H.
• Equipment needed: None
• Perform each exercise for the given amount of time, lower the intensity of high knees if you get tired, if you need to drop the plank, take a quick break and get back up as soon as you can
• Do your best to keep breaks to a minimum
• The amount of time/reps for each exercise increases gradually to help improve your endurance
• Your goal is to perform 8 minutes of high knees and a 5 minute elbow plank with no breaks on the final day!
