Complete the 30-Day Cardio Challenge!
This challenge includes 30 stickers to track your progress. Stay motivated by tracking your progress in your planner every day! Each sticker is about 0.60" W x 0.75" H.
• Equipment needed: None
• Perform each exercise for the given amount of repetitions each day, with minimal rest in between; take breaks if you need to, but make sure you complete all the reps!
• The amount of time/reps for each exercise increases gradually to help improve your cardio.
• Your goal is to perform 240 high knees, and 60 mountain climbers on the final day with minimal rest; say consistent and follow this plan, you can do it!
